DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
All our products are professionally packed and checked before dispatch. We would highly recommend you check packages for any possible damage before you sign receipt for the goods. The driver is obliged to note any damage on the confirmation of delivery. All damages should be reported to the courier company and via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to Maxton Design Ireland within 24 hours.
Customers should not install or tamper with damaged product(s) before a decision is made as this may invalidate their claim.
We will require:
– Images of the packaging
– Images of the product(s) condition
– Order number
On the unfortunate occasion goods are not received or if received goods do not match the description, customer is obliged to contact us via email at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery including images of the product(s) received, images of the packaging and photos of the product code(s) on the item(s)
Please allow a maximum of 14 working days for us to investigate and research the complaints/issues for you. After this period, we aim to provide a decision which is to the satisfaction of both Maxton Design Ireland and the buyer’s satisfaction.
The expected delivery time will depend on the stock levels. We will always ship out all orders as soon as is practicable. All in stock products will be delivered within 2-5 working days.
Please note that orders can only be dispatched once payment is received from the buyer. If, in the unfortunate event that the item you have ordered is out of stock, delivery time could take up to 4-6 weeks from the date of payment. Please note that to avoid a situation in which the product is not in stock, we encourage to contact us via email to confirm availability.
Maxton Design Ireland is not responsible for possible delays caused by courier. Customers will be informed immediately about all delays by the fault of Maxton Design Ireland.
We reserve the right to modify, change or cancel the order in the event of a manufacturer product price changes.
Maxton Design Ireland is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. You will be refunded for the items returned, not the shipping costs or any customs/duty fees you might have incurred upon returning your order.

Customers may return goods purchased from Maxton Design Ireland without any reason, however returns must arrive with us within 14 days of the delivery date.
Please note that we charge a restocking fee of €20.00 and the original delivery charge for returns for businesses and for consumers outside of their 14 day ‘cooling off period’.
We are not obliged to accept returns beyond the return window (30 days of date of delivery), but if we do, we charge a restocking fee, which is 20% of the item’s price.
Any return which has exceeded 30 days will not be accepted. The customer is obliged to return the purchased goods at their own expense.
All items must be sent back to us in their original condition with the protective film and holographic verification sticker attached (gloss an carbon ).
Failing to do so means the return will not be accepted.
All returns must be delivered by the courier. Personal returns accepted only in case of prior appointment. The meeting must be confirmed by the email email@example.com
The majority of our items come with a fitting kit and manual, failing to return these will incur an additional €15 charge.
All clearance items are exempt from returns, you are purchasing the product with the understanding it cannot be returned.
We do not accept packages sent via cash on delivery. All refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5 working days of date of delivery. The refund covers the full price of purchased product(s) excluding shipping costs, which are not an income for the seller.
Please note, similarly to PayPal or card payment ,the 3.5% transaction fee charged for card payments is non refundable when cancelling an order or returning products.
It may take up to 10 working days from the time of arrival for the return to be refunded.
All clearance items are exempt from returns; you are purchasing the product with the understanding it cannot be returned.
Exchanges are not a service that we offer.

For any faulty, damaged or wrong product RMA number is required.
RMA, short for Return Merchandise Authorisation. To receive RMA number customer is required to fill Maxton Design Ireland return form.
- Returns received without an accompanying RMA and Returns Form will be voided.
All returns must be delivered to us within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Any return which has exceeded 30 days will not be accepted, if the product is sent regardless of the Returns Criteria, the customer must then arrange collection from our store within 7 days if they would like to receive their item back.
All items must be sent back to us in their original condition with the protective film, holographic verification sticker and original shipping material. Failure to do so will result in product return to the customer or restocking fee.
No modifications to the original product, including drilling holes/cutting and signs for test fitment or use.
- Maxton Design Ireland . reserve the right to make deductions to the refund total based on overhandling or damage incurred whilst in your possession.
– If the returned product needs to be repackaged for resale, Maxton Design Ireland reserves the right to deduct an administrative fee in amount of 20€

- Return duty, import tax and VAT must be paid by the purchaser. Failure to do sure will result in the return being voided.

We would ask that you do not refuse any packages, couriers services can cause damage to the box and in most cases the product will remain in good condition. All damages should be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.

Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email and tracking information will be provided, delivery is usually 1-5 working days depending on the courier. We process orders Monday – Friday, if you place an order on a week day or weekend it will be processed the following working day.
The cost of shipping is pre-calculated during checkout and may vary depending on the quantity and the category of the product. If shipping is not available, please contact us on email@example.com for further assistance.
If an order is returned to sender (Maxton Design Ireland) due to the below criteria you will not be refunded the charge from the courier service to the sender for return delivery.
– Incomplete address
– Too many delivery attempts
– Refusal of parcel without damage evidence
Other reasons may need to be reviewed given the circumstances of the automatic return.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Couriers services no longer require a signature from you when delivering a an order. Please ensure you are available during the delivery window by monitoring the tracking you are emailed. If you are not available to receive the order we would highly recommend re arranging the delivery for another date, or in a place you deem safe, you will be responsible for any changes made. If your order is left outside without your authorisation and you believe it is stolen, a Garda report must be opened before you contact us, as we require the crime reference number.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and/or customs processing fees, which are determined by the destination country’s government. Maxton Design Ireland is not responsible for customs charges incurred on international deliveries. It is therefore customers responsibility to check the duty rates for orders delivered to your country, the amount must be paid to clear the item via customs, so the courier service can continue delivery.
GIFT CARDS REGULATIONS
The Gift Card – an voucher, the worth of which is equal with its nominal value, issued for the holder, and allowing the User its usage in the Issuer’s Store; The Gift Card is issued by the Issuer in the form of a card with a code.
A voucher code may only be redeemed online on our websites at www.maxtondesignireland.ie
Voucher codes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
A voucher code is not exchangeable for cash and is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotions. The Voucher code cannot be used for the purchase of gift vouchers and/or gift cards.
Only one voucher code can be used per transaction. Voucher code/promotions cannot be applied retrospectively.
When you use up some of the coupon value for the remaining amount, another coupon will be generated to use the balance for your next transaction. New coupon for the remaining amount will be generated and sent by email. The buyer is obligated to contact Maxton Design Ireland by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the coupon for the remaining amount. Next purchase must be made in our store at www.maxtondesignireland.ie only.
The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash in part, or in its entirety. Its value cannot be reimbursed in part, or in its entirety.
Maxton Design Ireland is under no legal responsibility in the event that Gift Cards that have already been issued to Buyers have been lost or damaged.
In a situation where the given code will not work, the buyer is obliged to contact us by email to clarify the matter.
We reserve the right to
- Cancel or withdraw any Voucher code,
- Refuse to allow any customer to participate in the Voucher code,
- Decline to accept orders where, in its opinion the Voucher code is invalid for the order being placed
