All orders can only be dispatched once payment is received from the buyer.
When you place your order, if the product(s) are in stock, the average delivery time is between 2-5 working days.
In the event that the product you ordered has been sold out prior to your purchase, we will contact you to inform you of the estimated processing time for your order.
Lead time for out-of-stock products is between 4-6 weeks from the date of payment.

DELIVERY / DAMAGES

All our products are professionally packed and checked before dispatch. We highly recommend that you check the package for any possible damage before signing the delivery receipt.
Any damage to the package should be reported directly to the courier (the courier should note the damage on your copy of the delivery receipt, and you should file an insurance claim for any damages caused during transit).
Please inspect the product quality within 24 hours of delivery.
All damages must be reported to Maxton Design Ireland within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise, the complaint may be rejected.
Please note that courier services no longer require a signature from you upon delivery. We recommend monitoring the tracking information sent to your email to ensure you are available during the delivery window. If you are unavailable to receive the order, we recommend rescheduling the delivery or arranging for it to be left in a safe location. You will be responsible for any changes made to the delivery.
If your order is left outside without your authorization and you believe it has been stolen, a Garda (Police) report must be filed before you contact us, as we will require the crime reference number.

COMPATIBILITY AND FITTING

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect installation or use of the product.
Please compare the vehicle in the listing photos and title with your own to ensure proper fitment.

We advise that installation be carried out by a qualified professional unless you are confident in following the provided fitting manual.
You are welcome to contact us to direct you to an authorized fitting service. We also offer installation in our own garage. All installations are carried out by our qualified mechanics, ensuring proper fitment and, most importantly, safety when using Maxton Design parts.

TEXTURE AND CARBON LOOK PRODUCTS

Due to a policy change at Maxton Design, most products from the Street Plus collection will primarily be available in a Gloss Black finish. Products in a Carbon Look finish will be available only on special order.
