Before exhaust installation you have to cut holes in original valance.

Please note, the majority of our products are made from ABS plastic, the flexibility of these products provides them the ability to withstand some pressure.

 

Trial fitting is required before the installation.

We highly recommend installations are completed by a professional to ensure the product is fitted correctly and according to our fitting manuals.

 

All products arrive with a protective film, this is a very thin plastic vacuum sealed around the product to avoid the item sustaining any damage. Once removed you will notice the product does not have any scuffs or scratches.

If you are unsure about the stock availability of a product(s), we would encourage you send us an email to info@maxtondesignireland.ie  and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

We can only accept a return within 14 days of delivery, if the product is in its original condition including protective film still on. A refund will be processed excluding shipping costs.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All orders can only be dispatched once payment is received from the buyer.

At the time of your purchase, if an item(s) are in stock, the average delivery time is between 2-5 working days.

If, in the event that the product you purchased just gone prior to your order we will contact you to inform you about the time of processing your order.

Lead time for out of stock products is between 4-6 weeks from the date of payment.

If you are unsure about the stock availability of a product(s) and to avoid a situation where the product has been sold prior to your order, we would encourage you send us an email to   info@maxtondesignireland.ie

All our products are professionally packed and checked before dispatch. We would highly recommend you check packages for any possible damage before you sign receipt for the goods.

All eventual damages should be claimed to the courier (courier should note all damages on your copy of delivery receipt and you should make insurance claim for all damages caused in transport)

Returns must arrive with us within 14 days of the delivery date in its original condition including protective film still on.

All refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5 working days of date of delivery. The refund covers the full price of purchased product(s) excluding shipping costs and cost for processing a credit card transaction.

It is the customers responsibility to check the duty rates for orders delivered to your country, the amount must be paid to clear the item via customs, so the courier service can continue delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for the incorrect installation or use of this product.

Please compare the vehicle in the listing photos and title to your own, to ensure correct fitment.

We advise trusting installation to a qualified professional unless you are confident following the provided fitting manual.

 

Please note that Couriers services no longer require a signature from you when delivering a an order. Please ensure you are available during the delivery window by monitoring the tracking you are emailed. If you are not available to receive the order we would highly recommend re arranging the delivery for another date, or in a place you deem safe, you will be responsible for any changes made. If your order is left outside without your authorisation and you believe it is stolen, a Garda report must be opened before you contact us, as we require the crime reference number.
