AVAILABILITY AND LEAD TIME

- All orders can only be dispatched once payment is received from the buyer.

- At the time of your purchase, if an item(s) are in stock, the average delivery time is between 2-5 working days.

- If, in the event that the product you purchased just gone prior to your order we will contact you to inform you about the time of processing your order.

- Lead time for out of stock products is between 4-6 weeks from the date of payment.

TEXTURE AND CARBON LOOK PRODUCTS

Due to the change of Maxton Design policy, most products from the Street Plus collection will be available mainly in Gloss black finish. Products in texture in Carbon look finish will be available only on special order. We suggest contacting us by e-mail using the form available next to the product for information on product availability or possible waiting time for the product.

COMPATIBILITY AND FITTING

- We cannot be held responsible for the incorrect installation or use of this product.

- Please compare the vehicle in the listing photos and title to your own, to ensure correct fitment.

- If you are not sure about the compatibility of the product please email us at  info@maxtondesignireland.ie prior to your order to avoid miss fitting.

- We advise trusting installation to a qualified professional unless you are confident following the provided fitting manual.

You are welcome to contact us to direct you to the familiar fitting service. Only a professional garage guarantees proper assembly Maxton Design parts.

DELIVERY/DAMAGES

- All our products are professionally packed and checked before dispatch. We would highly recommend you check packages for any possible damage before you sign receipt for the goods.
- All eventual damages should be claimed to the courier (courier should note all damages on your copy of delivery receipt and you should make insurance claim for all damages caused in transport) All damages should be reported to Maxton Design Ireland within 24 hours.

Please note that Couriers services no longer require a signature from you when delivering a an order. Please ensure you are available during the delivery window by monitoring the tracking you are emailed. If you are not available to receive the order we would highly recommend re arranging the delivery for another date, or in a place you deem safe, you will be responsible for any changes made. If your order is left outside without your authorisation and you believe it is stolen, a Garda report must be opened before you contact us, as we
require the crime reference number.
